Shipping and Delivery

Where do you currently ship?

Most of our items can be shipped within the UK and countries within the European Union. Charges will be applied at checkout depending on location. Bulky items can only be delivered within the UK. Please get in touch with us at contact@levanter.com to see if we can arrange a unique delivery to your location. 

Who do you ship with?

We mainly use Royal Mail within the UK and various couriers for overseas orders depending on where you are located. All large vintage vessels will be sent using a hand delivered courier service. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order in 3-7 business days if you’re ordering from the UK. For orders to the European Union, this will take 4-15 business days depending on location. 

What is the cost of shipping?

 For UK delivery, we charge a flat rate of £5.99, larger items like antique vessels are £7.99 and extra large items are £24.99. For European Union countries, the delivery charge is £29.99. 

Returns and exchanges  

Can I return or exchange  my item?

We do not offer returns and exchanges at this time. Many of our items are hand-crafted and our vintage items have lived many lives. At checkout you will be asked to agree to our final sale policy which acknowledges this. 

What if my item has been damaged in transit?

For any damaged items, You can contact us at Contact@levanterhome.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sourcing 

We also offer bespoke sourcing for interior and design projects. Using our community of artisans and traders in Morocco we can find unique one of a kind pieces for your design project. Reach out to us at Contact@levanterhome.com to discuss the creative process and pricing.
